Wikipedia has began a 24 hour blackout of the English Wikipedia as a protest against SOPA and PIPA. If you don't know about these, well you won't be able to look them up on Wikipedia:)
Readers who come to English Wikipedia during the blackout will not be able to read the encyclopedia. Instead, you will see messages intended to raise awareness about SOPA and PIPA, encouraging you to share your views with your representatives, and with each other on social media.
Several of the web's largest websites are expected to shut down for 24 hours as a protest against SOPA and PIPA including Google, Wordpress, Reddit, Imgur, BoingBoing, Tucows and more. But DomainsAfrica will not black out :) We will instead remain online to inform you about SOPA and PIPA while the others are protesting :) Just a joke.
