Dutch company Expereo, the leading global Hybrid Network Provider, last month acquired dot.Africa, a provider of fixed and wireless internet services throughout Africa. “We are very excited about this acquisition” said Jan van Berne, Expereo’s Chief Development Officer and tasked with the company’s M&A activities. “The extensive knowledge of dot.Africa will further strengthen Expereo’s position in Africa. Expereo expects to complete more similar acquisitions the coming 6-18 months, which will further improve Expereo’s leading position as a wholesale global last-mile connectivity solutions provider.
